Pra você que tem um vida corrida, mas também não quer abrir mão da saúde, essa receita é perfeita! O hambúrguer de aveia é rápido, fácil, nutritivo e super gostoso! Dá pra fazer e comer na hora ou congelar pra ficar ainda mais prático comer saudável quando simplesmente não deu tempo de fazer nada! E, é claro, não podia faltar o ketchup e a maionese que casam tão bem, formando a combinação perfeita! Hmmm… Bom apetite!

 

Hambúrguer de Aveia

Ingredientes:

2 xícaras de aveia
1/2 xícaras de castanha-do-pará, picada
1/3 xícaras de salsinha, picada
2 xícaras de água
2 colheres de sopa de mel
1/4 xícara de molho de soja
1/2 colher de chá de sal
1 colher de sopa de orégano
1/2 cebola picada
2 dentes de alho, picado

 

Preparo:

Em um recipiente, misture a aveia, castanha-do-pará e salsinha. Reserve. Em uma panela, coloque a água e com os demais ingredientes e aqueça até levantar fervura. Quando levantar fervura, acrescente a mistura de aveia, desligue o fogo e misture bem. Aguarde uns 5 minutos para que a aveia hidrate e a massa esfrie. Quando a massa já estiver mais consistente, com a ajuda de uma colher, ou com as mãos, molde os hambúrgueres e coloque em uma frigideira anti-aderente até dourarem. Sirva quente!

 

Ketchup do Bem

Ingredientes:

200g de extrato de tomate (se for caseiro, melhor!)
2 col sopa de mel
1/2 dente de alho
3 fatias de cebola
suco de 1/2 limão
1/2 col. de chá de sal
2 col. de sopa de páprica doce

 

Preparo:

No liquidificador, bata todos os ingredientes até obter uma mistura homogênea. Leve essa mistura para a panela até levantar fervura. Abaixe o fogo e cozinhe por mais 3 minutos. Mexa para não grudar no fundo. Agora é so levar ao refrigerador para esfriar e servir.

 

Maionese Vegana

Ingredientes:

1/4 xíc de leite vegetal (soja, amêndoa, arroz, etc)
Suco de 1/2 limão
2 batatas grandes cozidas
1/2 col. de chá de sal
1/2 dente de alho

 

Preparo:

No liquidificador, bater o leite vegetal com o limão, sal e alho. Continuar batendo e ir adicionado as batatas aos pedaços até obter uma consistência de maionese. Levar ao refrigerador para esfriar e servir.

I have to tear out pages and scan them or find the info online and bookmark it.
